Fundraising Chess Tournament at ISOP
Description
A fundraising chess tournament supporting St. Michael’s Hospice Charity, organized by Marina Cherkasova Chess Academy, the International School of Paphos (ISOP), and St. Michael’s Hospice Charity. Categories: Family (a child and another family member) and Open (an individual tournament open to everyone). Format: 5 Swiss-system rounds. Time control: 15 minutes + 5 seconds. Entry fee: €25 per person; additional donations are welcome. All funds raised will go to St. Michael’s Hospice Charity. Schedule: registration 09:30–10:00, opening 10:15–10:30, rounds 10:30–14:15, award ceremony at 14:40. The winner receives a trophy; second and third places receive medals. Registration closes on 18 September at 14:00.
